Over the last few years, UPSC CSAT has seen an increase in the difficulty level of Quant questions, with a heavy emphasis on Number System, Permutations & Combinations, and Probability. Rote learning of formulas is no longer effective.

Cut-Off Analysis

CSAT is a qualifying paper. Aspirants need to secure a minimum of 33% marks (i.e., 66 out of 200 marks) to clear the exam, regardless of their GS Paper-I score.
