Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services

At Anil Nair Classes, we provide instant access to high-quality digital educational products, including online videos, live classes, study materials, PDFs, and mock tests.

Standard Policy: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital courses and video materials, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under normal circumstances. We advise all students to watch our free YouTube videos, download free materials, and clear doubts with our counseling team before making a payment.

2. Accidental Purchase / Course Transfers

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong course, or wish to transfer your enrollment to a different subject stream, you must notify our billing support team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment.

Course transfers are subject to the following rules:

• The transfer request must be raised within 24 hours.
• No videos should have been watched, and no PDFs/mock tests should have been downloaded or attempted.
• If the newly requested course is priced higher, the candidate must pay the difference. If the course is priced lower, no partial refunds will be processed.

3. Technical Server Failures

In rare cases of double payments (where the course fee is debited twice due to payment gateway lag) or where course access could not be configured due to technical issues, the additional amount will be credited back. Contact us with the payment transaction IDs, and our billing desk will initiate the refund back to the original source account within 5–7 working days.

4. Abuse of Refund Requests

ANC reserves the right to suspend or block users permanently who exhibit fraudulent payment patterns, initiate unauthorized chargeback disputes, or attempt to exploit support staff.
