Welcome to Anil Nair Classes (ANC). By accessing or using our website, courses, mobile applications, and other services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To enroll in our courses, you must register for an account using a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized sharing of account credentials or multi-device login violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy Policy

All content provided by Anil Nair Classes, including but not limited to videos, audio, PDF notes, mock tests, and website layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anil Nair Classes.

CRITICAL: Video downloading, screen recording, distributing material on external platforms (like Telegram or Google Drive), or sharing access is strictly prohibited and protected under digital rights management (DRM). ANC reserves the right to pursue strict legal and civil action against piracy under applicable copyright laws.

4. Course Payments & Fees

Course fees are specified on individual course pages and are subject to change. Payment can be made using UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are securely processed. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.

5. Use of Services & Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain academic decorum inside forums, live chat systems, and community groups. Rude behavior, spam, advertising other services, or harassment of instructors or fellow candidates will result in immediate permanent expulsion from the courses and groups.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anil Nair Classes strives to provide the highest quality exam preparation material. However, we do not guarantee exam clearance or specific marks. Success depends entirely on the student's individual consistency, dedication, and preparation. ANC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect academic or financial setbacks resulting from exam outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
